Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns in the same condition as delivered, in the original packaging, unworn, unmarked and with tags still attached. All acceptable returns received within 30-days of delivery will be fully refunded. Additionally, we will provide you with a free return service to return your order. We ask clients to kindly consider that we do not accept damaged or worn merchandise and a refund will be respectfully refused. Please also note that we will be unable to accept returns received over the 30-day return policy.

Once we receive your returned order, we will notify you, and let you know if the refund is approved. We will refund your payment on the original payment method, although we will not refund the actual shipping charge. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are happy to evaluate the issue and resolve it immediately.
